What does the Talia Trust look for when accepting a volunteer?

  • For working with the schools, you will need a good level of spoken Hebrew comprehension, fairly good spoken fluency with an ability to express yourself in written Hebrew. You should have past experience in the field of education or social work.

  • For assisting with the administration and fund raising side, you will need to have had some professional experience and have worked with computerized systems in addition to some knowledge Hebrew.

  • Our volunteer should acquaint himself/herself with the aims of the Amuta and be prepared to attend an annual one-day training event at the end of the school year.
